I'm not sure what size I wear. How does the shirt fit?

All items have a suggested size guide attached. Though most shirts are lightweight and intended to be fitted it depends on the material. If you like a classic fit style or are in between sizes, we strongly recommend going with a larger size.

I don't live in the U.S. Do you ship to my country?

For the most part, yes. If you are able to enter your address, we are able to ship the order.

I placed one order for multiple items and received more than one shipment and tracking number. Why is that?

For some items we partner with a hand selected and trusted fulfillment center. The company that we work with has hubs all over the world. By using the closest fulfillment center we are able to cut our shipping time into a fraction of what it normally is.

I love your brand but my item arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?

This is a rare instance but we understand it happens. At the bottom of our website you will see the contact page. Go to the contact page and include your name and order number in the subject field. Attach a photo of the damaged item in the body of the email.

I'm a social media influencer, would you like to pay for a post?

No. Because we pride ourselves on organic growth, we do not pay for post. If you are interested in our brand and take a particular liking to an item we will consider sending that item if you ask. 

I'm a graphic design artist and would like to collaborate with Claytone?

We encourage artist to always push the arts. If we are absolutely amazed by your art we will pay a licensing fee which gives us the rights to use. We will also include the artist name in the tag to honor the artist.
